Call us at (850) 900-9700, share your vet’s info, and we’ll handle the rest. We also carry a variety of non-prescription products you can order anytime.

Send us your prescription details online, and we’ll handle everything from there. Fill out the Transfer RX form, and if refills remain, we’ll handle the transfer for you. Once received, our veterinary-trained team reviews it for safety, confirms your details, and sends a secure link to complete checkout and schedule shipping.

Our veterinary-trained staff provide clear, species-specific instructions and ongoing support for pet parents. If a different dosage form is needed, such as a liquid instead of a capsule, we’ll confirm with your veterinarian and create a customized solution.

We offer a wide variety of pet-friendly flavors to make medication easier, from chewy treats in Chicken, Bacon, Tuna, and Peanut Butter to oral suspensions in meaty Chicken, Salmon, Turkey or fruity Apple, Banana, Cherry, and Passion Fruit flavors.

For your pet’s safety, we’re unable to accept returned medications once they leave the pharmacy, in compliance with FDA and NABP regulations. For unused medication, use an FDA-approved take-back program, mail-back envelope, or safe at-home disposal method.

We know timely medication matters. Choose your delivery window at checkout. New prescriptions and Refill orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days. Same-day delivery is available for an additional fee, and standard shipping is always free. You can also track orders in real time through our self-service portal.
