Send us your prescription details online, and we’ll handle everything from there. Fill out the Transfer RX form, and if refills remain, we’ll handle the transfer for you. Once received, our veterinary-trained team reviews it for safety, confirms your details, and sends a secure link to complete checkout and schedule shipping.

We know timely medication matters. Choose your delivery window at checkout. New prescriptions and Refill orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days. Same-day delivery is available for an additional fee, and standard shipping is always free. You can also track orders in real time through our self-service portal.
We get it, some pets are picky. If you’re having trouble, we’ll work with your veterinarian to create a customized solution, whether that’s a Flavored Suspension, Chewable, Transdermal Gel, Capsule, or Topical option your pet will actually take.
For your pet’s safety, we’re unable to accept returned medications once they leave the pharmacy, in compliance with FDA and NABP regulations. For unused medication, use an FDA-approved take-back program, mail-back envelope, or safe at-home disposal method.
